Parking and Mobility Suggestions:
We suggest that, if you have little luggage, you park before entering the historic center. The streets of medieval Orvieto are not well-suited for cars, especially if they are large. If you need a drop-off point for luggage, we recommend setting Piazza Ippolito Scalza on your GPS. This square, very close to your accommodation, has time-limited parking (1 hour).
Parking: We would like to inform you that a paid parking lot is available near the property. It is the "Parcheggio Duomo Orvieto 'Luigi Carli' Coop Sociale." It is an uncovered parking area, priced at €12/24h (you will receive this rate by mentioning that you are guests of Le Dimore by Borgo Tessile). This parking lot, located in front of the Orvieto Cathedral, is only a 5-minute walk from our Dimore.

This parking lot is not very large, so we recommend contacting us directly for further parking information or consulting the Orvieto Municipality website.
From the Train Station: The Orvieto train station is connected to the historic center by a convenient funicular (ticket €1.30). Once you reach Piazza Cahen, the apartment is a 15-minute walk via Corso Cavour. Alternatively, from Piazza Cahen, take the CC bus towards Piazza della Repubblica and get off after 7 stops, right in Piazza della Repubblica. From here, your apartment is a 5-minute walk. You can also take bus A towards the Duomo and get off after 4 stops at Piazza del Duomo. From here, it takes about 5 minutes on foot to reach your Dimora.
