Located in Baschi (TR), Norma Umbrian Country House is an enchanting villa surrounded by a large garden and olive grove, offering a serene and beautiful natural setting. The property boasts a stunning saltwater pool and in the garden there is a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
The villa can accommodate 12 people, distributed in 4 double bedrooms (one per apartment) and 2 double sofa beds (one in 'La Fenice' and one in 'La Scala').
Norma Umbrian Country House is divided into four unique apartments:
Casta Diva: located on the ground floor, it has a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Luna: also on the ground floor, it includes a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
La Scala: an open space on the first floor with a large kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
La Fenice: equipped with a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and two bathrooms.
In addition, the villa offers a large, fully glazed common room "Maria Callas", which can be used as a dining room. The room is equipped with a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for social gatherings.
The entire property has been recently renovated, guaranteeing modern comfort while maintaining its original charm. A parking area is located in front of the villa, facilitating access for guests.
